Shipping

Processing Time:  The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For additional details, see individual items.  Estimated shipping times:  North America : 4 - 10 business days.  I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them.

 

Customs and import taxes:  Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

​I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

  • Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

  • Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

  • Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase

 

​Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

When will I get my order?

Most custom orders are shipped within a week depending on the amount of customization requested as well as quantity ordered. If you need your order to be rushed, please contact us: arleta@ponderingotter.com before or after placing your order.
